All of the staff working for Renov8 are very professional, approachable, flexible and have a brilliant manner with the clients who live with us. What we do



Reactive maintenance

A same day, 24 hours or multi day job completion service. Typical services would include defective door locks, plumbing leaks, boiler breakdowns, fire alarm/detector problems, broken roof tiles or electrical circuit faults to name a few. Each of these jobs would be assigned a specific priority, jointly agreed, based upon the type of tenant involved and severity of the issue.


Planned maintenance

A planned schedule of works including project management of the task at hand. Typical services would include cyclical decorating, new boiler/cylinder replacement, flooring replacement or major roofing work to name a few. Renov8 assign a project manager to work with the customer to ensure the project runs on time and to budget, taking into consideration the tenant’s needs.


Emergency maintenance
(out of hours)

Emergency call out to make safe dangerous situations to ensure tenant safety. Typical services would include Fire Alarm triggering, Gas leaks, flooding of property and unsafe electrical faults to name a few. Renov8 has a team of on call engineers ready to manage emergency situations.


Our expertise

Our core services are underpinned by a team of professionals in a variety of service elements including: joinery, electrical, plumbing and heating, decorating, plastering, flooring, roofing, glazing, external works (including drainage and landscaping).

We also offer a range of specialist services including: fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, fire fighting equipment, building access systems.


About us

Renov8 is jointly owned and managed by Darren Sagar and David Orr, who complement each other with their extensive experience in property maintenance services and business management.

The company is headquartered in Blackburn, Lancashire ideally located to serve our customers across the UK.
