Asset Management -
Assets, such as boilers, fire alarm system, whitegood appliances are repaired, tested or replaced on a regular basis. Through our Dynamic Asset Management systems we track the full history of the asset through compliance, reactive or planned maintenance cycles.

Cost Management -
Our Smart Maintenance allows us to run breakdown reports of individual or collective cost centres. These breakdown reports are a powerful tool to allow us to analyse our past maintenance jobs. This provides us and our customers with a forward looking view into potential future maintenance work. The availability of cost breakdown provides a clearer picture to assist in future budget planning.

Core services
Reactive maintenance
A same day, 24 hours or multi day job completion service. Typical services would include defective door locks, plumbing leaks, boiler breakdowns, fire alarm/detector problems, broken roof tiles or electrical circuit faults to name a few. Each of these jobs would be assigned a specific priority, jointly agreed, based upon the type of tenant involved and severity of the issue.
Planned maintenance
A planned schedule of works including project management of the task at hand. Typical services would include cyclical decorating, new boiler/cylinder replacement, flooring replacement or major roofing work to name a few. Renov8 assign a project manager to work with the customer to ensure the project runs on time and to budget, taking into consideration the tenant’s needs.
Emergency maintenance
(out of hours)
Emergency call out to make safe dangerous situations to ensure tenant safety. Typical services would include Fire Alarm triggering, Gas leaks, flooding of property and unsafe electrical faults to name a few. Renov8 has a team of on call engineers ready to manage emergency situations.

Our fully qualified joiners provide services from remedial work to door hinges/locks to fitting a new kitchen.

Our fully qualified NICEIC accredited engineers provide services from electrical installation condition reports to replacing a cracked socket.
Plumbing & heating
Our fully qualified Gas Safe heating engineers and plumbers provide services from Gas safe certificates and servicing boilers to changing a shower mixer valve.
Decorating
Our fully qualified and very experienced painters provide services from small remedial painting after a plumbing leak, a full cyclical redecoration of the building to external painting on wooden fascia, soffits, render or fencing.
Plastering

Our fully qualified and very experienced fire alarm engineers provide services from commissioning and testing a conventional domestic 2 zone system to a complex addressable multi zone system.
Emergency lighting
Our fully qualified and very experienced emergency lighting engineers provide services from a 3-hour test on a domestic escape route to designing a mutli-dwelling emergency lighting evacuation plan.
Fire fighting equipment
Our fully qualified and very experienced firefighting equipment engineers provide services from inspecting and certifying firefighting equipment (FFE) to consulting on types of FFE required in multi-dwelling with specific client needs.
Building access systems
