SERVICES WE PROVIDED
Renov8 provides maintenance, facilities and asset management services for the whole of the complex including all internal and external communal areas, comprising 20 x apartments sub-let to a Social Care provider, plus 19 x privately rented apartments and 2 x town houses managed by a property management company.
THE CHALLENGES WE SOLVED
The owners were looking for a maintenance company to fully manage all elements of maintenance, facilities and asset management from waste collection, cleaning services to lift maintenance and fire alarm certification. The owners were looking for a proven company who had credibility in proactively managing large complexes with a variety of diverse clients in the property.
HOW WE SOLVED THE CHALLENGES
Renov8 worked with their Directors to define a specific set of services for the property.
Certification Management – managing compliance of fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, fire fighting equipment, electrical and access systems.
Asset Management – cataloguing and providing an ongoing history to assist in lifecycle management of assets such as fire alarm and emergency lights.
Health and Safety, Legionella and Fire Risk assessment reports.
Reactive, planned and out of hours Maintenance.
Facilities management – waste collection, window cleaning and internal/external cleaning services.
THE RESULTS
Since Renov8 took over the management, we’ve ensured certification of the property is 100% compliant, proactively working with the housing association, the property management company and the Directors. By having a team of operatives regularly on-site and who are familiar with all parts of the property, we proactively manage maintenance and provide the business with a full breakdown, photographic evidence and full history of all work we undertake.
